For purchases made online, you can return or exchange your purchases in store or online within 10 days from the date that the package shows delivered.
Exchanges for online purchases may be completed in store or by mailing back your authorized online return and then placing a new order. We do not do direct exchanges. See how to Mail Back an Online Return for more Information.
We will notify you once we’ve processed your return. Refunds take 2-4 business days after we receive your package. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (up to 14 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you used a gift card to pay for your online order, the order will refund to the gift card balance.

Once your return has been authorized, mail your return package back to us, at your expense, with the order number and copy of your receipt included in the package. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Please keep your tracking number (if applicable).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All car seats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in effect to ensure that these seats have not been compromised in any kind of altercation; whether a minor car accident, being dropped or being compressed under other items in a garage, etc. We take the safety of your children very seriously and will not risk compromising your child's safety with a car seat that has already been removed from the store. Should your car seat have a defect you must contact the manufacturer's customer service as it is their discretion on how the problem will be rectified and we will only take back a car seat if advised to do so by the manufacturer.
