Before Booking: Please carefully read our terms and conditions prior to consigning.

PLEASE NOTE - When booking your appointment you will have to book a specific time, but you can come anytime between 10am - 4pm on the day you booked your appointment.  When preparing your items for consignment, please consider how you appreciate shopping through items that are freshly laundered, clean and free of odors.

We have been OUTFITTING TINY HUMANS SINCE 1993 and are committed to offering our customer the best possible service, selection, quality and value. Let's reduce, reuse and recycle together!

What to bring in

• we are selling your items for the BEST possible price; review your items carefully with the thought "would I buy this?"
• we accept BRAND NAME children's clothing size Newborn to 16years
• boutique and brand name clothing such as Zara, Gap, Gymboree, Children's Place, Mexx, Bonds...etc.
• quality and technical outerwear specific to waterproof, ski wear (NorthFace, Columbia, Patagonia, MEC)
• quality footwear must be in new condition & clean from debris (no dirt, or grass in sole) lace shoes must have laces
• we DO NOT accept discount brands such as George, Joe Fresh, Child of Mine or Carter's 
• SPRING - Feb 1 / SUMMER - Mar 15 / FALL - July 15 / WINTER - Sept 1
• Halloween Costumes - Mid Sept to Oct 20 (exact dates posted each year) and will be reduced to 50% off our selling price the week before Halloween, unsold costumes will be donated
• Christmas/Holiday wear - Oct 15 to Nov 30

How to Consign

• consignment is accepted by appointment Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat between 10am-4pm. Please allow 15 mins for your items to be sorted. Missed appointments may be subject to a $5 fee
• items must be FRESHLY LAUNDERED, clean, on trend styles, free of pet hair & odours, neatly folded with all snaps & buttons done up, shoe laces tied and placed FLAT or NEATLY folded in box or tote, CONSIGNMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF BROUGHT IN BAGS. 
• toys (wooden), games & puzzles must be brand names, complete, in original packaging if applicable, clean and in working condition, any pieces bagged together, electronic toys must be on trend & include working batteries
• books must be in new condition, no tears, no writing on the inside
• due to changes with Health Canada & liability insurance we can no longer accept any baby equipment for consignsignment
• any stains, defects or damage noticed after intake and end of term unsold consignment will be donated
• NO GARAGE SALE SECONDS - staff has the right to refuse inspecting consignment if it does not meet the above intake criteria and will be returned to you
• if you choose to take back items once they are priced, a service charge of $5.00/item is charged to you
• we are not liable for lost or damaged items

How to get Paid

• we pay 40% of the selling price which is set by our pricer
• it may take up to 2 weeks for items to be priced and sales reflected to your account
• consignment term is approximately 10 weeks, the last 2 weeks 50% off marked selling price
• consignment credit may be used toward purchases during the 10 week term or left as a credit for future purchasing, otherwise the balance will be paid at the end of the term by cheque or etransfer ($2.00 charge/Mondays).
