Plus they're microwave and dishwasher safe – so they're thoughtfully designed with busy families in mind. Ideal for tea and coffee, these mugs are made to withstand a bit more wear and tear.

Please note that these are ceramic mugs, so they are considered breakable just like other pottery items.

• each mug requires 3 firings in the kiln & is hand sanded
• each mug has the clay weighed, wedged & thrown on the potters wheel to a gauge
• mugs are made to withstand wear & tear

Materials:

• clay: Laguna speckled buff, which is a stoneware with good vitrification
• glaze: made by Clay Art Centre Tacoma & is a commercial food-safe tested glaze
• overglaze: by Sanbao Studio & is a commercial food-safe tested overglaze transfer which is also microwave & dishwasher safe
