Quinn Toddler Pottery Bowl Woodland Critters

Each bowl is perfectly imperfect! No two bowls are the same, making each handcrafted piece a beautiful and unique keepsake. Plus they're microwave and dishwasher safe – so they're thoughtfully designed with busy families and toddlers in mind.

Ideal for first foods and purees, these toddler bowls are made slightly thicker than other pottery to withstand a bit more wear and tear. The curved walls of each bowl help keep food inside, but also the inwardly-curved lip of the bowl helps prevent chipping. The retro shape of the bowls is also designed to allow stacking without sticking together.

Please note that these are still ceramic bowls, so they are considered breakable just like other pottery items.

• each bowl requires 3 firings in the kiln & is hand sanded
• each bowl has the clay weighed, wedged & thrown on the potters wheel to a gauge
• bowls are intentionally a little thicker to withstand a bit more wear & tear

Materials:

• clay: Laguna speckled buff, which is a stoneware with good vitrification
• glaze: made by Clay Art Centre Tacoma & is a commercial food-safe tested glaze
• overglaze: by Sanbao Studio & is a commercial food-safe tested overglaze transfer which is also microwave & dishwasher safe
