This is a beautiful and comfortable design, bright and sparkly with a layered skirt adorned with shimmery organza petals. Elasticized waistband adds for the comfort of movement and size flexibility. The top is made with rainbow sequinned detailing. Shimmery organza capped sleeves on soft and stretchy straps elevate this dress. The matching wings are made with a rainbow mesh fabric with a sequinned star in the center.
